Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Jesse Vinyard ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Bingo Singo website and applications (the "Service"). By creating an account, hosting a live room, joining a room, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Bingo Singo is a digital software service (SaaS) accessed through a web browser. It lets hosts create live music bingo rooms, generate virtual cards that players use on their own devices, manage game rounds, and review bingo claims. Features and song-list access depend on the plan attached to your account. Standard host accounts provide live-room access, not printable-card downloads.

Paid subscriptions purchase online access to the software with the player and concurrent-room limits shown on our public pricing page. Access is provided through your account after payment is confirmed. We do not sell physical goods, DJ or event services, music recordings, streaming access, music licences, or prizes. Hosts provide their own music playback and any required licences, and the DJ must verify all winners.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will not materially reduce the core features of a paid plan during a paid period without offering you a way to cancel.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Memberships are offered on Free and paid tiers. Each tier defines limits such as the number of players per live room, the number of concurrent rooms, and which song lists are available to you. Those limits are displayed in the app and may be adjusted for new billing periods with notice.

Paid memberships renew automatically for the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period; upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by our payment provider.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, applicable taxes, invoicing, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with prior notice.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation;
• engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users or players;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, penetration testing without permission, scraping, or bypassing rate limits or plan limits;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or share account access to circumvent plan limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

You are responsible for the music you play at your events and for holding any public performance or licensing rights required in your jurisdiction. Bingo Singo does not stream, host, or license music, and links to third-party services such as Spotify are provided for your convenience only.

You keep ownership of the song lists, room names, player names, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service.

You confirm you have the rights necessary to submit your content. If you mark a song list as shared, other signed-in users of the Service can view and use it; you can set it back to private at any time.

We retain all rights in the Service, including the software, card templates, designs, documentation, and the Bingo Singo name and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms. No other rights are granted.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live rooms depend on your internet connection, your players' devices, and third-party services outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost revenue from events, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your events, your use of music, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for your membership, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. After termination we may retain data as required by law; otherwise your content is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Notice. You may export your song lists before you cancel.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
